Look for a ring on its finger! Just kidding. I would guess that you would have to go to the doctor and have an ultrasound or something.
My baby has just engaged (I had it confirmed by the midwife yesterday). I now find it much harder to walk, as I can feel the baby really far down now, and I need to go to the loo even more often.
If you are past 28 weeks I would assume that your doctor has been doing an internal pelvic exam when you go to your visits. This is the best way to tell if the head has dropped. This is what they refer to as "stations". If your baby is at zero station, its head is high and you still have a small ways to go. A negative station means the baby is higher in utero, positive stations mean the head has dropped some.
probably not it just means you lost weight
you can have a small belly during pregnancy that might mean you will have a small baby
With most women, yes. Only a small percentage of women will find that the baby's head is not engaged by the time labour starts.
Did you mean belly BUTTON, not belly BOTTOM? Because "belly bottom" isn't a thing.
Incident Enquiry... Were you dropped whilst you were a baby?
It's pretty obvious that is a sign of you guys having a baby together.
Not necessarily; a "low" baby can be carried to full term (happened to me).
yes you can feel the babys heart beat and feel the baby kicking around
if you mean a pregnant sim, then yes. on the sims 2 for the PC, if a sim gets pregnant, her belly will get bigger about 24 sim hours after your sims "try for baby" then her belly will grow again in about another 24 sim hours, and then after another 24 sim hours your sim will have her baby.
Don't worry. You are ok. Is it a girl?
You should stop eating butterflies? ;) It means because you are approaching the time of delivering your baby, you feel nervous. That nervous feeling manifests itself as an uncomfortable feeling in your belly that feels as if butterflies are flying around inside your belly.
It means that there is someone who is coming in your house. It can be a real baby as well. It can be any good news as well.
Absolutely NOT ! Never - and I do mean NEVER give processed meat to reptiles !
