Alot of guys are afraid of relationships, its hard to tell if hes interested in you because alot of guys have their own way of letting you know they are interested. the most common way is anytime you bring up relationship he backs off Commitment and guys are sometimes not a good combo. one thing you can do is dont make yourself seem available or clingy. guys hate clingy girls, i what im trying to say is basically ignore him but acknowledge his existence, soon he'll be thinking..."Why doesnt she talk to em anymore" then he'll get curious and well you know the saying curiosity killed the cat. hopefully my answer helps u out somewhat.
