How do you know if your child is using drugs?

• Check for needles and cut-off straws, charred spoons
• check if your child wears long sleeves all the time like to cover something.
• check his phone for any dealers number or suspicious text messages
• check on him more often unexpectedly and suddenly, if he has alot of privacy, maybe you can catch him doing it by checkin in on him often
• the more privacy is bad until he ages a bit more.
• Check for skin looking pale especially lips,
• check for pinpoint (small) pupils

They will become either scattered or very involved in a project. have a need to disassemble or build things, fix, or repair something. they will be hotter than normal, sometimes sweaty or oily skin on their face. may talk a lot, and go from subject to subject somewhat erraticly. but generaly will be in a happy mood, may not want to leave their room or their house. after being up for awhile they can become paranoid and this may lead to more disassembling and or looking around a lot, checking to see outside, sometimes to the point of hiding in their house but where they are able to see out to whats going on. some don't watch tv and can't pay attention in movies. not eating, not able to sleep or even sit or lay down depending on the dope and tollerance level. if they shoot up watch for their clothing, because they will have marks on their arms. wearing long sleeves even when its clearly too warm is a tell tell sign. also makeup to cover tracks. eyes will be dialated instantly. colored lenses hide this well. they also look glassy or red. some chew on their lips and cheeks or nails while some cant control jaw movement. this sometimes appears as though they are shivering. shakes happen too. once they are down or run out for any amount of time they are going to pass out and sleep like the dead and eat every time they are awake. other signs are not true for everyone but they can also: have oily hair, meth mouth (tooth rotting), acne or soars from picking their skin, over tweezing eye brows, black smudges on clothes from wiping off pipes, become thin quickly, become dehydrated, avoid social settings and those who do not use or disapprove in use.

Foul smelling body odor, breath, and urine can be avoided by showering, caring for the teeth, and drinking plenty of water. Symptoms vary from person to person, as does the level of tolerance and self-control.

Start being more friendly towards your kid, start joking around about marijuana. If he/she gets uncomfortable talking about it to his/her parent, it's a good sign. If you want to go all out, start being more friendly, and then one day ask your kid if he/she smokes marijuana, and you only want to know because you would like to smoke with them if they do.

I wouldn't use a urine test, because that might insult your child. Just be more friendly, ask if they do any drugs.
