Well Ive. date this girl for 5 yrs and she has been my wife for 2 and we have a little girl I tell her how I feel not all the time but I let her know that I do love and care about her guess what she can't even spit a full sentence out on how she tells so its like being in the dark on that convo.

Don't be afraid to ask a girl. She doesn't mind, and if she says yes, she means it. You have to not be afraid to ask her, especially if you want to know. Go on a romantic date with her, and ask her how much she cares about you. You might feel awkward asking it, but it won't seem awkward to her. It'll seem sweet, and girl LOVE when guys are sweet. Oh and give her a hug and tell her you love her(if you do) afterwards
