It is nothing to do with your body. The Irish people have come from a wide range of other people, like the Vikings and the Celts, so you cannot determine Irishness, or indeed any nationality, through a body. If you were born in Ireland and grew up there and lived there, then you are Irish. If your parents are Irish and you were born in Another Country, then it is your parents, not you, that is Irish, even though you would be entitled to an Irish passport. You have Irish ancestors, but you are not Irish. Your body will not tell you what you are.
You cant tell is someone is irish just by looking at them. Someone who doesn't look irish at all may be full irish. :D
