You can transfer your character to another realm from your battle.net account. If you click on your World of Warcraft game, it will show some services at the bottom such as name change, faction change and realm transfer. Do note that you can only transfer characters from EU->EU and US->US realms, not in between (as your account handles only one type of realms). You can transfer characters between two wow accounts, as long as you own both of them.
