By the location of the writing as well as the writing and even why font is used.
Writing on sides, what does it say, writing on top, one like or two lines, which type of writing slant line, short line, etc, does it have UMC in the works, does it have ribs (monoblock or not), that's the only one with the real difference in the looks other then the size of the hinges and groves style in ejector or hammer. Start with the writing EXACTLY and it's location. That will give you at least type then you need to move to model and then variation.
