Go to your email. If you usually delete FB messages, go to your trash to retrieve the email. Otherwise, go to your inbox and type in the little search box facebook and then skim through to find when you requested them. Or, to make it easier, go to your friends tab that's at the top of your page and click all connections on the left side of screen. Fiddle around with it and it will tell you. :)
