All Remington starting in 1921 are date stamped with a letter code on the barrel (month/year) you can find the details and table on the Remington Society of America under the Manufactured Date link.
Contact Remington Customer Service through their website. Many Remingtons used a 2 or 3 LETTER code for dating, stamped on the left side of the barrel at the receiver.
With the serial number that you have supplied,your Remington model 1903 rifle was made in the year 1941.

The Remington nylon 10s were made (1962-1964) before serial numbers were required (1968)and I think all of them were made without a SN.
No way to tell from just the sn. Provide a DETAILED description of ALL markings.
