If the cell has a cell wall and a vacuole and chloroplasts

You can tell them apart by looking through the microscope and seeing if it has a cell wall. If it does then it is a plant cell. If it doesn't then it is an animal cell.

In plant cell there is large and small vacuole but in animal cell there is no vacuoles are present and one more thing in plant cell in plant cell there is cell wall is present but in animal cell cell wall is not present so it can easily identify that a cell is plant cell or a animal cell.

the size of the animal cell is a way different size from the plant cell. the plant cell is recutangular shaped and a animal cell is circular shaped.

Plant cells have cloroplast in them and also have a cell wall. Animal cells will not have these. :)
