yes it has opiates in it even though it is over the counter like co-codamol it will still show up in a urine test as an opiate the only way to determine what kind of opiate is to have it sent off to a lab-usually takes about 6 weeks- to find out if it bought over the counter medicine or street bought heroin.

∙ 12y agoYou will test positive for codeine in you urine if u take any painkiller that has codeine in it.drugs like dihydracodeine(dfs)is street name,co codamal codeine phosphate you also get paracetamol and codeine that you can buy at a chemist.also solpadeine and solpadol would give you codeine in your urine.
