You can use the Poketransfer which allows you to transfer Event-Only Pokemon to Black and White. Here are some notes you may want to know before and during trading:
- You can only trade event Pokemon (Entei, Suicune, Raikou or Celebi) using the Poketransfer (beginning of game) from Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold or Soulsilver
- The Pokemon traded can not know any HM Moves
- The Pokemon traded can not hold any items
- After completing your Pokemon Black or White Game, you can transfer other Pokemon from other generations, but you can not transfer Pokemon from Black and White to games such as Pokemon Diamond, Heartgold, etc.
NOTE: Once a Pokemon is traded to Black or White, it can not be traded back, so choose wisely!
