As of now, there is only one way to do it. Find a branch of SBI overseas in Bangladesh (in Dhaka there is one, total 4 branches are there) and ask them to remit the fund in an Indian SBI account. Otherwise, international credit cards can be used through payment gateways, but there will be lot of charges. WU possibly doesn't operate from BD.
