Then, when you have all those, you need to go to the Ski Village, enter the Ski Lodge (the building between the Everyday Phoning Facility, and the Puffle Show), and enter the little door, about the size of a puffle. Then, you can choose your puffle, or if you're walking your puffle, you'll be transformed into that puffle you're walking.
