It is an old joke that doctors' handwriting is unreadable, and as pregnancy is full of jargon as well even other doctors sometimes have difficulty. The best person to explain the notes is the person who wrote them, ASK. Just say "please could you explain what you wrote here?" And by the way it is antEnatal (before birth) not antI natal (against birth) In America usually prenatal.
