In the Utilities folder within the Applications folder you should find either (or both) a folder called Adobe Installers which will have uninstallers for any Adobe Software you have installed or the Adobe Flash Player Install Manager which, when run, will provide an Uninstall button to remove the Flash player from your system.
Adobe's Flash Player can be downloaded from the Adobe Flash Player download page (See links below).

I'd imagine the same way you uninstall other programs on Macintosh laptops.
To install an older version of the flash player, you must uninstall the current flash player. Once you uninstall the current flash player, you then can download and install an older version. It is not recommended as this can cause problems with many software applications.

In Mac: Click Safari then preferences. Click extensions. Gaming Wonderland can be seen there then click uninstall.
Do you mean uninstalling the U3 partition of the flash drive so its just used for memory? If that's the case, Ive already done that on a few drives. What you need to do is open the U3 Launchpad menu, go to Settings > U3 Launchpad Settings > Then on the right side of the window that pops up click Uninstall. Then click the 'Uninstall U3 Launchpad' button. That will uninstall the U3 software from the flash drive and give you all memory to that flash drive for storing files. Good luck!
Flash is an adobe program just like Photoshop and Illustrator. It is the same on both mac's and pc's.
