Those items are probably only internet shortcuts to download and install the apps; they are likely not actually installed yet.
If you look under service books you will find them there and can delete them from there. However, because they are service books, they will reappear every time you re-boot your BB. I stick them in a folder and hide it. They are not eating up much memory; not worth the hassle of constantly deleting them.
