If you get locked out of your ipod plug it in to your computer open itunes and click on whatever your ipod is called tab. There should be a button called restore click it and it will get rid of the passcode.
Without the combo, you cannot. If you asking this for hacking purposes, be advised that this is illegal if it is not your iPod. The only way to unlock an iPod without the combo is to restore it using your iTunes.
