You can use 'Divine Right' in any sentence you like - but bear in mind the fate of King Charles I of England.

He decided he had the divine right to do just what he liked, as he had been appointed directly by God.

His Parliament disagreed and, after a civil war lasting from 1642, Charles was beheaded in 1649.

From then on, England became first a kind of republic (the Commonwealth), then later a genuine constitutional monarchy when Charles' son, Charles II, was invited to take the throne - provided he understood his role.
