The most widely used and respected evaluation agency on the east coast of the United States is the World Education Services (WES) located in New York City. As one example, "World Educational Services" in New York. It is up the prospective student to submit their documentation to the agency. The Agencies charge a fee for the kind of evaluation service requested, such as course by course evaluation or document evaluation.
