To look at a website you will have to launch a Browser in your Computer such as Internet Explorer, Firefox etc, you can also view websites from you Mobile.
To put toolbar on Firefox go to View-> Toolbars and click on the desired toolbar.
It depends on the browser you're using. For Safari, you need to go to the Safari menu -> Preferences... -> Security, and change your "Accept cookies" definitions. For Firefox, go to the Firefox menu -> Preferences... -> Privacy, and change your definitions under the "Cookies" section. If you're using a different browser, you'll still probably find the cookie definitions in the Preferences / Options window, under the privacy/security tab.
If you have lost it by pressing the View options on your windows explorer check the View options in file and browse for an address bar. If you are using firefox then click Veiw, toolbars and "Navigation Toolbar" to bring it back. If you are using Apple Mac I am not very sure.
Go into View on your computer and use the zoom button. Zoom out and it should fix the problem. For Windows Firefox users, the Poptropica window (which is a Flash movie) can easily get cut off accidentally because of the keyboard shortcuts used in Poptropica. If you're using Windows Firefox, try hitting Ctrl-Plus(+) or Ctrl-Minus(-) on your keyboard, to zoom the webpage in an out. This works in Firefox regardless of whether the NumLock key is on or off.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, all you need to do is press [Ctrl] + [+], or find it on the toolbar under View>Zoom
If you hit f10 on your keyboard you will see it at the top.
