In order to acutally meet them in real person you need to order concert tickets as well as a meet and greet pass. You are not allowed to go meet them even if you have a meet and greet pass if you do not have a concert ticket, than they will not let you enter to go meet them. I know this because I actually had to go through the procces. I met them and they were very nice! Trust me...the money is worth it!!
