Coil tapped humbuckers definitely sound different than real single-coils. You can get usable clean tones with coil tapped humbuckers, but it won't be the same.

On an hss strat what does the humbucker do and is it a dual pickup setup or is it one pickup one humbucker?

The humbucker is a dual coil pickup that drastically reduces noise versus single coil pickups. A humbucker is also less bright than a single coil pickup. The selector switch is 5 way Position 1: Humbucker Position 2: Split coil humbucker (like a single coil) Position 3: Middle Position 4: Middle and Neck (like a humbucker) Position 5: Neck

I want a guitar that has Telecaster twang and Les Paul growl I want to be able to swithc from playing like brad paisley to playing like Boston i was thinking about an S PU in bridge and H in the neck?

Get a good les paul and coil-tap the bridge position humbucker. When you split the coils it will give you a tele-type sound. Not exact, but with a medium-output bridge humbucker it will work.

Is there a bi sound switch pick-ups system on a Yamaha sg 1802 and if not is it possible to install one?

bi-switch as in coiltaps. You can put them on any guitar with pickups that have 4 wires. Which is Dimarzio , Seymour Duncan , Lundgren , Bare Knuckle ...ect pickups. To do this you need a coiltapping potentiometer or a super switch if its say two humbuckers. additional information: if you're not sure we're on the same page , coiltaps split the coils of a humbucker and make it sound like a single coil.

How do band members split their gig income?

For our band...we split the money evenly between the members, and then we kick money back in for sound, lights and roadies depending on how much work they had to do. But we're pretty small time. ;)

How does the flute create its sound or produce its sound?

When you blow into a flute, the lip plate should split your breath. Half of your breath goes into the flute and half goes over top of it. Closing the key holes produces different pitches. The whistling sound is made by the breath that travels across the opening of the flute.

Is their a semi acoustic guitar which includes a Floyd Rose Tremolo two humbucker pickups one single coil pickup and a five way switch with tone and volume pots for each pickup?

No but look up coil taps. i have an ESP that has one and what it does is split the humbuker so you can use single coils. the guitar also has a floyyd and when coil tapped it sounds like an acoustic.
