If, after close inspection you do not see any damage to hub, you can use it. But ALWAYS install new bearing race with bearing.
all power windows etc. have a manual way to close them. check beneath the panel that houses the switch, there may be an Allen screw on what looks like a bearing race. (looks like a bearing race in that you can turn or crank it to close.) or, get a manual for a more detailed description.
Remove the bolts on the hub, take the tire and the caliper off. This should let the rotor and bearing assembly to come off. Next take the seal and retainer off the back of the hub. The bearing should fall out. Clean the race up good. Weld a 1 inch bead on the race and the heat from the weld will draw the race up and the race should knock out very easly!! Also: Take it to the shop! :P

The Tagalong translation of the English phrase ball race bearing is "ball race tindig".
1 rollers 2 bearing race
No. Either the inner, or outer, at least one race, has to be a press fit, otherwise it is no longer a bearing that is needed. A bushing would work. With both races turning you eliminate the bearing.
Ball
Depends on where the bearing is - if the bearing is on a shaft and the balls are gone and all that is left is the race you might be able to cut either side of the race and snap it off with a chisel. If it's not that, you might specify exactly where the bearing is that you want to remove.
