Army JROTC does indeed have "Dress Blues" called the Class-A Uniform. It only depends on which Brigade you are in (i.e. Your location) and what resources your Brigade has at the moment.
yes
For which service branch? For US Army ROTC and JROTC, it's a single silver diamond (or subdued if worn on the ACU uniform). It varies for other branches.
JROTC is a learning base for young students across the world. it helps you learn how to become a better citizen.
you can either wear the ribbon or the medal not both
The Marine Corps dress blue belt is typically worn with the Dress Blue Alpha and Dress Blue Bravo uniform. It is worn around the waist to secure the jacket and maintain a neat appearance. The belt is not worn with other Marine Corps uniforms.
This may be an unpopular answer for some people, but the number ONE most world-wide recognized uniform is the U.S. Navy enlisted Dress Whites and Dress Blues ("crackerjacks"). Much of the reasoning is the U.S. Navy presence throughout the world, that is an advantage over other countries and other U.S. branches of military. The Marine Corps dress blues are most likely in your "top 5" HOWEVER...to the untrained eye, many civilians confuse Marine Corps and Army service and dress uniforms as they are (again, to the untrained eye) similar in appearance. Marine and Army service uniforms both include green slacks/trousers. Marine and Army dress blues both have blue trousers with single stripes down each side WITH a black jacket with trim around the edges. Conversely, with the U.S. Navy there is no mistaking the bell bottom trousers with flab on the back, "dixie cup" hat and chevron with crow on the left sleeve. I don't know about the other branches, but the Navy won't even consider you without a High School diploma, regardless of age. Aside from that (if you graduate early) I think the minimum for all branches is 17. The maximum age depends on branch. For Navy, it's 32. I think it's 40 for Army.
