Chemistry and Physics are not my fav. subjects but what i can say is that they can be useful in life..... if your a geek and become a science teacher? You never know what you might decide to study further on so in high school we learn the whole basic stuff and later on you decide what you'll study in general.
I was actually not required to even take physics and chemistry in high school. I graduated high school in 1999. It could be your school district or state makes you pass those to graduate. Although I do think the basics of both physics and chemistry should be heavily discussed in high school science classes, I don't think you should be required to PASS those individual classes. Trust me, a basic understanding of chemisty concepts and physics would have helped me LOADS in college (graduated last year :-) I wish I had paid more attention during those sections. I went into a career that involved as little math and science as I could get away with and I still use those basics at least once per week in my career! Remember, college is what is important, not your high school grades. Just do well enough to pass and try to take what you can from the class for the future. It does wind up being useful. Trust me - I hate math and science and I still believe it has helped me!

Because there are a lot of formulas that require a higher level of math to do them correctly
well there is more than 100 students. there are 275 students. hope i helped!)
Absolutely
Depends on your university admissions, but in general, students must be proficient with and enjoy mathematics, physics and chemistry(mathematical chemistry) and some forms of engineering to study aeronautics. By proficient I mean a minimum of 70% average.
contribution of chemistry to physics
mainly physics, chemistry and mathematics will get you in any engineering field
Mathematics and physics are both required for computer science and computer engineering degrees; chemistry might not be, depending upon your individual school.
Yes you could, the optometry course will take students taking the subjects maths, physics and chemistry but unfortuantley you smell
Physics
Mathematics is applied to physics and chemistry.
There certainly is both physical chemistry (the application of physics techniques to chemistry) and chemical physics (the study of chemical processes from the point of view of physics). See Wikipedia for a fuller answer.
