It's on TV in Chile and Italy, but not the other countries because DiC aren't willing to let them. I live in the UK, so I realised when Sailor Moon Came on ITV they only let us see 10 episodes. Because DiC said they didnt want ITV showing it. Rumour has it that this year it might be airing in the USA (Lucky America! XD) but I'm not 100%. It would have been on TV longer if they'd dubbed sailor stars into English. In Japan, they're considering showing the Original (A WHOLE LOT BETTER). And will show all of the series, until then, you'll have to make do with YouTube I'm afraid :(.
