My guess is 3 seconds, for how it happened to me
The things in nature that come closest are animals that exhibit bioluminescence, such as the glow worm or lighting bug, and some deep sea fishes. Scientists have been studying lightning bugs for years to learn the secrets of how they produce light without heat, in the hope that the process might be adapted for lighting for human use. Of man-made objects, luminescent phosphors, such as those used on watch dials, come close, as do electroluminescent panels, such as the backlights in Timex "Indiglo" watches.
I am a plumber but I need more details to solve your problem.
after a bullet is shot in the air it travels 4,000 ft in the air and takes 59 seconds to a minute to come down
The period is the time taken to complete one cycle. In this case it would be three seconds. The frequency of the swing is the inverse of the period. 1/3Hz
An original TIMEX watch may be found on an auction site, or by contacting a watch dealer. An older model watch might be harder to come by and therefore be more expensive.
You should remain stopped until the bus's red lights are no longer flashing.
Flashing red lights are to be treated as a stop sign.
The red flashing traffic light means that you are to come to a stop, yield to other traffic and then you can procede when the way is clear.
I would suggest a timex or casio watch. They are a good price and are durable so they can be worn when playing a varitey of sports. Amazon.com has great prices on them and 2 day shipping is free if you spend over 25.00.
With most recent Pioneer models (i.e. last 10 years or so) you need to have the unit powered off, then hold the 'A' button for around 3 seconds, and the clock should come on with the hours flashing.
STOP!!
The Twelve-Spoked Wheel Flashing
It is important to know why flashing lights come on in a vehicle. When a transmission light comes on it can mean that there the fluid is low, or that there are other issues.

732960 seconds I come up with 224,6400 seconds.
A flashing red traffic light is used the same way as a stop sign. You treat a flashing red traffic light the same way you do as a stop sign. If the traffic light is "blacked-out", it's to be treated as an all-way stop. What I do when I come up to a flashing red traffic light, I look at the cross-traffic signals to see if they're also flashing red, or if they're flashing yellow to see if they stop or if they don't stop.
