your body does not forces them out!
when a person is embarrassed, the brain automatically thinks that person is in danger, it sends a message that more blood is needed in the face muscles to help them fight off the danger. when this happens, you can actually see the blood through the skin, since blood is red it causes the face to turn red. Hope This Helps (:
Generally, whether from an emotional state such as anger or embarrassment, or from physical exertion, the reason the skin on the face turns red is because of increased blood flow near its surface. The physiological reason for this, at least in the latter case is to aid in dissipating excess body heat via the increased surface area of the skin. As for emotional causes, scientists aren't exactly sure why we blush except that it might have been a way of nonverbally communicating emotional states.
Your brain needs a lot of blood and when you excercise your heart pumps a lot of blood so your face turns red.
In order for your body to regulate its temperature after exercise, blood flow is diverted away from the core to the skin where the excess heat can escape. Because the face has many small capillaries close to the skin, it turns more red than other areas of the body.
When we do exercise we push in a lot of blood into the muscle and under the skin. So when whole lot of blood rushes under skin, it gets reflected on top of the skin and you appear red.

As the mucin is released and soaks up water it can expand up to 600 times, which is potentially a lot of snot! Indeed, it is estimated that a healthy nose will pump out more than a pint of mucus a day, although the amount can vary enormously; for example when you cry most of your tears will run into the nose and mix with the mucus, increasing its volume. " Not all of the tears when you cry run down your face. Some stay in your mucus membranes and mix with your mucus, causing it to get runny. we have lacrimal gland in our eyes. so when we cry the lacrymal secretion increases , moreover the lacrimal gland has the connection to our nasal passage. when we cry the lacrimal secreation enters into nasal passage. and so we got runny nose and stuffy when we cry your sinuses are activated and irritated as more mucous is formed.. eyes, ears, noses and throats are all linked?
