Do you mean oil in the coolant? If so, you have a blown head gasket, cracked head, or both.
it takes 4 quarts of oil to fill a 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse
4 quarts I had a 2000 eclipse GT
The oil pressure is too low. It can be dirty oil filter, not enough oil in the engine and failing oil pump. I would start with engine oil level.
I called the Mitsubishi imports dealership and they said that the Eclipse Gt 2000-05 takes 4.5 quarts of oil and that is with the filter too! so no more than 4.5 quarts with a new oil filter Hope that helps you and everyone!
You tap in off the stock oil pressure sender with a T fitting.
Mine did.

there is no gt turbo. there was only the gs turbo and the gsx which was turboed, the gt didn't come til the 3rd generation eclipse which was in 2000 but 2000+ are all non-turboed.
Yes. The motor from a 1996 eclipse rs can fit in a 2000 eclipse rs.
The 2000 Eclipse GS does not come equipped with this feature. I own a 2000 Eclipse GS and i had my car involved in an accident. It wouldn't start and i thought about this switch but wasn't sure so i called Mitsubishi Motors and they assured me that it isn't equipped. Turns out my Eclipse had an electrical short circuit in the accident and that's why it wouldn't start. Hope i helped.
you drop it in the little engine that's black and then pour oil and start youre car
