I don't know what a syringe is but i can tell you this:

Blood is both blue and red because, when blood returns to the heart

it re-oxygenates the oxygenated blood then turns blue, as it runs through the veins it gives the oxygen/nutrients to all the other organs in the body to keep them running and healthy. Once all the oxygen is gone it returns to the heart to get more.

The whole process continues until you die. sad ending, i know.

Im not even a teen yet so dont blame me if you find out this is wrong.

Is a regular syringe better than a butterfly syringe for drawing blood?

Everytime you have a blood test your wbc is always high what could be the problem?

blood testour wbc is the defense or what we called the soldiers of our body they fight microorganism that enter our body, that is why in a laboratory exam that shows a high wbc count means an infection is presence.so it means that it is our bases to know if a foreign bodies enter our body. As we do our blood test we need to use syringes to extract blood and the needle of this syringes need to be inserted in our skin and to oue veins, so therefore the needle the is use to extract the blood have or contain something that maybe a bacteria, virus or other microorganism which we can.t see, that is why as the needle enter our body the microorganism almost enter our body especially when blood test because the organism may directly goes to our circulatory system. And if this happen our wbc need to defend our body that is why it needs to increase in number in order to won the fight against the invading microorganism

Can you get HIV from a needle prick?

If the fluid in the needle (I assume blood) does not contain the HIV virus, it is impossible to get HIV from the needle stick. If the blood in the needle is infected with HIV, then there is a fair chance the virus will be transmitted.

No..as long as it is only your own blood on the needle (it was a sterile needle before you used it) and you were the one getting stuck. You can only get hep C if someone else who has hep c used the needle before you did.
