It could be that the drive has failed or that something is jammed.
Straighten a paperclip then push the wire in the small hole that is just below the tray. That should release the locking mechanism and let you open the tray manually.
Have the computer OFF when you do this.

if the slot to the CD's is open, look inside it and see if you can see the CD. if so, take something and poke it back into a slot, then eject it. this happened to me and that worked for me twice. its like the CD is in between ejected and going in and is just stuck. poke at it. it should work!

you can simply make another file on the CD that is read only that way when they play the CD well obviously they wont see it,unless they open it up on there computer.
