How to find steelix in Pokemon Gold?
It is very difficult, but I just did it. You don't need anything special, if your on the way to the safari zone there is a cave called "Cliff Cave". Its almost not even a cave considering how little space it has. There are various Pokemon there, Kingler, Krabby, Machoke, Machop, Geodude, and more. I find that out of about every hundred Pokemon you run into their there is a steelix (I saw it once and lost it and had to keep looking). Once you find it i suggest you get it down to one hp with and attack like furryswipes, then use a love ball. ;) goodluck
