Form email is an email that is sent to several different people. Each person gets the same copy of the email but, the top is personalized with the recipients name and maybe a greeting. This is how ads are sent through the email to thousands of recipients at the same time.
"Cc" stands for "carbon copy". Years ago, to make a copy of something one was writing, carbon paper was put in between two or more sheets of paper. (It still is used by many seamstresses to put down printed lines on fabric for accurate cutting.)For correspondence, it also meant to whom a copy of one's business letter went to, as well as the originally intended recipient. It could also mean that a copy was made for the files of one's business prior to being sent out."Bcc" stands for "blind carbon copy". A blind carbon copy means that copies are sent to other recipients, without their names or addresses being divulged. As an etiquette professional, I prefer that emails sent out en masse to my personal email address, be sent out using "Bcc" I do not wish to have the email addresses of hundreds of people I do not know, nor do I wish for them to have mine.
When you are Cc'd in an email everyone can see, as this is only a carbon copy field. If you do not want disclose the names of the recipenets you should place those addresses in the blind carbon copy (bcc) field.
One email can contain as many descriptions as you wish in one email, but please specify how many there are in the email and clearly state which category each description is for.

Yes. Most of the time you can just Ctrl + C (copy) a picture and in a Word document Ctrl + V (paste). From the Internet right click an image and select "copy image" and then in Word Ctrl + V (or Edit > Paste)Note that many images are copyrighted which means that you cannot legally spread them to others (but you CAN use them for yourself but not in a report or publication)
