The use Braille
This is a very interesting question, and believe it or not, it comes up frequently. I personally think (and I could be totally wrong), that there is no way to describe any color to some one who has been blind from birth. We can also ask, "does a blind person from birth dream, and if so what do they see, if anything." I will be looking in on this question from time to time. If they have ever seen some color, then you could compare it, otherwise, then you would be just best to compare it to things that have tastes or colors, since how could they imagine it. You could say darkness, or shadows.
A person could always help a deaf or blind person who may be struggling in public. Businesses can also be more aware of disabilities and provide more TTY services and large-print services.
A symbol that represents a deaf and blind person could be a combination of the sign language symbol for "deaf" and Braille characters for "blind," perhaps overlapping or intertwined to visually convey both conditions.
Helen Keller is known in history because she was a blind (A person who can not see) and deaf (A person with no hearing) woman who could do lots of amazing achievements such as writing and able to understand others even though she had no feelings in her eyes or Hearing.
The person may mean he or she does not know the answer or it could be that the person does not want to answer the question.
Instead of saying he or she, you could say they. Instead of saying his or hers, you could say their. It depends on the what you mean by address them and in what context.

This individual can guide the blind person through the process and help ensure the test is completed accurately. Additionally, some iris recognition systems offer accessibility features such as voice guidance to assist individuals with visual impairments.
The deaf person could use tactile sign language to communicate with the blind person by signing the news on their hands. Alternatively, they could use a communication tool such as a braille message or text-to-braille software to convey the information. Gestures and facial expressions could also be used to indicate the sad news.
