Being an animal lover and a vegetarian I do not think that animal testing is fair at all! No animals should have to risk their lives for a bottle of shampoo!
However, some people might say that it is good to test a product on animals so no humans will be harmed in the process.
I disagree because: Firstly it is animal cruelty, Secondly because a human body is different to a dog body eg. Chocolate is poisonous to dogs but not at all to humans.
Nothing.
Nothing there is No right
No, because they mostly die after testing and the testing is for human medicine. So, even if the testing works on the animal it may not work on us because of different body systems. So again, the answer is NO!
USA, UK and Australia
It cost 12 Billion dolllars
To test products for us humans. So that what is being tested on the animal doesn't hurt us but hurts them!:(
Millions
In the US animal testing is regulated by the 1966 Animal Welfare Act (AWA). At this time AWA only covers mammals. Another regulatory instrument is the Health Research Extension Act of 1985 enforced by the Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare (OLAW).
A million cazillion!
Anita Roddick was against animal testing because she thought it was wrong to test things on animals, because if the products are dangerous they could kill the animals, and animals were put on this world for a purpose and they are living creatures just like us. By Sasha Mills x
As far as is known, no cure for cancer has been found. Many discoveries may have been made through animal testing to bring us closer to a cure.
They should be treated with a little bit of care
