Various parks have tried fences, boardwalks and native planting to attempt to stabilize sand dunes, to mixed effect. It would not be practical to keep them in place since their nature is to change and move over time. You could arrange to sweep the parking lot daily, or weekly as needed, depending on the weather conditions.
There is a type of grass that grows on sand dunes. That holds the sand in place. Hope this helps! :)

I'm 15 aswell there's No actuall legue for ''Drifting'' but you can get into drifting by Street racing and so on get a bunch of friends together and place bids on who will come in first place then move on to drifiting from there you may find a pro legue for drifting but I've never heard of one, =) and the US is the best way to find you'reself drifting.
