The Nazis were able to invade so many other countries due mainly to their large, powerful army and brilliant war tactics such as "the blitzkrieg" or lightning war (quickly attacking a nation with tanks, planes, ect.). You see, Germany was one of only a few nations in the late 1930's-early 1940's that had a standing army. It was a popular trend in the west at that time to scale down their armed forces to prevent another World War...ironic..

There are now neo-Nazis in many countries.
The Nazis used a strategy called 'Blitzkrieg' (lightning war) to invade Poland and many other small countries. This was an intense bombing campaign followed by a massive armoured assault.
UMM, it would be easier to answer what countries they DID invade. But they didnt invade North America, Europe, Africa, South America at all. But China, French Indo-China, The Phillipines, and many other pacific islands were invaded.

They conquerd so many countries because eventhough they were out number by 6:1 they had better equipment and better trained army. also once they started getting through the defences of a country that they are invading, they get a high level of momentinum which increases the armys power. Another reason of why the Nazis was able conquer so many countries is that the allies had no entention for war while the nazis were training for war and that the SS were trained to show No fear, No emotion and No mercy.
By the end of 1940, Nazi troops occupied around 12 European countries, but many more were under Nazi control or allied to the Nazis, just not with German troops in. If you're America, it might be worth noting that Britain wasn't invaded by the Nazis. Not ever.
