A person built a water farm.

He put bores down into the ground to extract saline groundwater.

He pumped the water into clear plastic "hothouses" with sloping walls.

The heat of the sun caused the water to evaporate and leave the salt behind and when the humidity became high enough in the hothouse the moisture in the air condensed on the clear plastic walls.

The build up of condensation then trickled down the walls and was collected and used as pure drinking water.

Pretty cool.
