There is no answer! There is not an opposite of thermostat, a thermostat is a measuring devise.
Water will flow too quickly through rad for it to do it's job.
The easiest way - is to get into the habit of turning off equipment that's not in use !

The piston or spring on the thermostat could be stuck.
You have a faulty thermostat. That might be something you could replace yourself if you are handy.
Use what is called bell wire or thermostat wire.
Could use more info about the vehicle but a good place to start would be to replace the thermostat.
Most likely it is a bad thermostat. The switch on the radiator fan could also have failed.
Check the thermostat or the radiator. The thermostat could be sticking or the radiator could be plugged.

First you must locate the thermostat housing remove the three bolts and pull out the thermostat there will be a tiny o ring keep this for you will need to install this after you have placed the new thermostat in its proper place you will also need to replace the gasket that gets removed while taking the housing off to insert the new thermostat then you will need to torc the bolts back in place to avoid leakage from the housing you may also use a gasket sealent but not too much because it could drip into the thermostat if this occures it could clog the thermostat in this case you would need to start over in your mission
Factory said to use a 195 degree thermostat
The room was too hot so I adjusted the heating thermostat.
