How do you treat a lisp?

To treat a lisp, you need several years of speech therapy. That's primarily the only way. You can't get surgery to fix a lisp.

How do you remove a lisp I have a lisp with the letter S i know theres therapy for it but I just don't have the time for therapy could there be a surgery?

Sorry. surgery doesn't cure a lisp. If you really want to get rid of your lisp, you need the right exercises and you need to practice. As you get older a lisp will become harder to change, but you can change it with practice and perseverance. If you don't have time for speech therapy, try and find a home program, or get one session with a speech therapist and ask her to give you some exercises. I am a speech therapist who does programmes for lisps and you don't need to take huge time out of your day to practice because you can practice in the shower, in the car, while watching TV, or practice your tongue movement silently while in a meeting. Set aside 20 minutes everyday to do some formal practice, and the rest of the time just practice saying "s" sounds and words in all the parts of the day that you are doing something else.
