Admins are like the person in charge. They can delete people from the group, make others admins, etc.

No, you can't. You can only delete your own phone number.
Go to your list of friends (Click on 'Friends' at the top of the page, then on the left there's a link that says 'All Connections') and find the person you want to delete. On the right side of their listing is an X you can click to delete them

A Facebook account can not be permanently deactivated. A person can reactivate the Facebook at anytime.
There are many reasons people 'unfriend' other people on Facebook. Some people go through their list and delete people they rarely communicate with. Others delete people that they don't have much in common with, and still others may not like some of the things you post if you are a person who has strong opinions. Unless they tell you why, you may never know the exact reason.
um yeah you have to go to all friends and click the little x next to the person you wan to delete.
You can't request to have someone else's facebook deleted. But If the person has inappropriate pictures or is threatening you...etc. You can report them and then it is up to facebook if they delete the profile or not.
