The Bible doesn't mention specifically what Noah ate. However, it can be assumed that Noah ate some of the clean animals that he brought on the ark. God's command was to bring 7 of each of the clean animals and the unclean animals were to be brought on two by two. So, the assumption is, the clean animals were brought on in excess in order to maintain survival for Noah and his family as well as be offered up for a sacrifice once the waters had cleared.
The bible does not say anything about food preparation on the ark, but it's important to remember that no one ate meat in Noah's time, until AFTER the flood. When Noah went into the ark, he brought vegetation as food for man and animal (Genesis 1:30/ Genesis 6:20-21), but when the flood was over and everyone came out, 'flesh' was added to the diet (Genesis 9:3+4) as long as the blood was not consumed with it. So, though there's no way to know for sure, people in Noah's day may not have cooked their vegetables, as, even today, the most nutrients are available from RAW food.
Answer 1
Actually, it has not been mentioned. Some believe that the carnivores ate up all the dinosaurs and so they became extinct.
However, this may not be true.
Most of them believe it is a fairy tale.
Answer 2
Although it was not directly stated, most people who believe in the Story of Noah's Ark assume that necessary provisions for sustaining the animals were brought on board and that God would have likely helped in the matter.
A better question would be "Did Noah exist, and who can we prove this without using the Bible?". Another good question would be "How can you fit two individuals of the billions of species on the planet onto one boat?"

There were two arks , Noahs ark and the ark of the covenant. The ark of the covenant was to carry the ten commandments. Today, the ark is a cabinet in synagogues, normally at the front of the sanctuary, where the Torahs are kept.
There were pairs (male and female) of either two or seven of each kind on the ark. The Bible says they entered the ark in twos. Many aquatic animals would not have needed to enter the ark at all.
