How did Harry Potter get the Deathly Hallows?

The Deathly Hallows-

The Resurrection Stone= Was left to Harry in the Snitch. He acquired it when he revealed he was ready to die.

The Invisibility Cloak= Harry's ancestor is the youngest Peverell brother, Ignotus. Therefore Harry inherited it from his father as James did.

The Elder Wand= The Elder Wand belonged to Dumbledore, Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore therefore the true master was Draco. Until Harry disarmed Draco at the Malfoy manor. So Harry was the true owner, but he decided that his own wand was better, so he fixed it and sent it back to its rightful owner Dumbledore's grave.
