Why we could not call any maan holy father is because we have a Father and his name is GOD/JESUS. If we call any man our holy father than what did they do for us to help us in anyway? GOD/JESUS died for us on the cross to save us from our sins, so that is why we call God/JESUS our Holy Father.

WE open the prayer by calling god our father. WE dare to do this because by Baptism into death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we are the adopted sons and daughters of god. So if we know Jesus we technically know God the Father too. But if we accept Jesus into our hearts and let the blood he shed on the cross cover us when we die our spirits will go to heaven and we will know Him and see Him.
