it was first a cloud fragment of ice and cold air, in turned into a large spinning disk, then the fusion and heat got so hot the nebula and made the sun, the the rest that didn't formed into a bunch of balls, that are now eight planets.

Jupiter formed the same time as the rest of the solar system did 4.6 billion years ago. A rocky core coalesced and then hydrogen and helium was attracted gravitationally to the core andthus...Jupiter was born

i think that Jupiter's moons formed by ,first was a small dot and then got bigger and grew by Jupiter

and became a moon
