Depends what you mean by "electric energy."

In the 1700s, it was well-know that electricity could be generated, stored, and used. In the early 1800s, Alessandro Volta developed a means to generate an electric current. In 1821 Hans Oersted showed that this current could create a magnetic field, which could make a compass needle to move. Faraday's mentor, Humphry Davy, along with William Wollaston, attempted but failed to device a way to make a metal object rotate near a current.

Faraday took up this challenge and was able to do so. This was the first electric motor, and improvements on this basic idea have continued to this day.

What form of energy produced by moving electrons?

Electrical Energy. The principles of electricity generation were discovered by Michael Faraday in the 1820s. He also worked on topics such as electromagnetic induction and electrolysis.

What is the connection between Faraday's law and the generation of electrical energy?

Electricity

Was electrical energy invented before electricity?

Electrical properties of matter were discovered in the early 1800's, including static and dynamic effects (Michael Faraday did a lot of this), but large scale generation did not start until around 1880, by Edison.

How is electrical generator work?

An electrical generator is a device that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. The fundamental principle behind its operation is electromagnetic induction, a phenomenon discovered by Michael Faraday in the early 19th century.

Why does Faraday's discovery important?

Michael Faraday gave us quite a number of discoveries, inventions and investigations. You might be referring to the ones that led to electric motors which have made much of the exploitation of electrical energy possible. For other possibilities you might wish to consult his wikipedia article.

How does a generator convert mechanical energy into electrical energy?

An electric generator is a device used to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy, Which is used to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. The generator is based on the principle of "electromagnetic induction" discovered in 1831 by Michael Faraday, a British scientist. Faraday discovered that if an electric conductor, like a copper wire, is moved through a magnetic field, electric current will flow (be induced) in the conductor. So the mechanical energy of the moving wire is converted into the electric energy of the current that flows in the wire.

What are the principles applied on electric generators?

Electric generators function on the principles of electromagnetics, which convert mechanical energy to electrical energy. This energy is also known as Faraday's law.

What energy produced by the movement of electrons?

Electricity or Electric Energy is the energy formed by the motion of protons and electrons

How to turn mechanical energy into electrical energy?

Generators turn mechanical energy into electrical energy. This results from the conservation of the electrical field expressed in Faraday's law 0 = dB/dt + DelxEv.Th complete law is : 0 = dB/dt + Del Es + DelxEv = dB/dt + zJ + DelxEv.

Who introduced the scientific concept of an electric field?

The concept of the electric field was introduced by the scientist Faraday in the 1800s. Michael Faraday was the inventor for envisioning the scientific concept that electricity created a field of charged energy particles around electric objects.

What converts mechanical energy into electrical energy?

Motors convert electrical energy into mechaincal energy through Faraday's law:0 = dB/dt + Del x Ev. The electrical input causes the motors magnetic field to rotate and the rotor of the motor follows outputting mechanical energy.
