Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) painted Guernica in 1937 in response to Nazi saturation bombing of the town of Guernica. It is now considered one of the most famous Picasso paintings and is in the Reina Sofia in Madrid.

Something he did at school, which we know nothing about. The first of his oil paintings now in a museum is a self portrait aged 14.
First, before I begin his name is spelled Pablo Picasso. Now, Pablo Picasso was a famous painter who painted thing based on what he was going threw and just the fact that he was growing older. For example, Pablo Picasso started his rose period, (where he painted pictures using warm colors like pink and red) because he came across a woman that he liked. Or where he had grown into his cubism period were he pieced together shapes to form a masterpiece. One of cubism paintings that are most popular is The Three Musicians.
well, it's actually a twist, because.. LIKE.. pablo Picasso's mother died, and what happend was, the next day, a witness? came.. and was like, he said, she was alive. anyways, the answer is YES & NO. :}
He was born on October 25th, 1881, and died April 8th, 1973. To my knowledge, he remains deceased.
