Pearl Harbor is a military base in Hawaii. Technically speaking, Pearl Harbor (as in the base) isn't celebrated but its history is remembered, read on to find out why. In a way Pearl Harbor's history is celebrated but not in a happy way. At the beginning of World War 2 (at least when the US entered) Pearl Harbor was attacked by Japan.
