Tumbes Tyrant was created in 1877.
The closest in meaning to tyrant is dictator - although the meaning is not precisely the same. Tyrants and dictators are both rulers who exercise unrestrained power, and usually in a manner that is harmful to the people they rule, but while tyrants are necessarily bad rulers, the theoretical concept of the benign dictator does exist, a ruler who has vast power but uses it for the benefit of those he or she rules.

The tyrants took over
The tyrant.
The tyrant.
Early on, a king. Then the rich (aristocrats). Then a tyrant. Then oligarchs. Then the people themseles (democracy).
This is a dictatorship.
The tyrant was charged by a majority of the people to restrict the power of the aristocratic oligarchs who exploited the middle and lower classes, and to lift the living standards of the latter. The problem was that the aristocrats were determined to end this restriction on their power and wealth, so the tyrant had to surround himself with a large bodyguard, and to pay them, levy a tax. Greeks hated taxes, and after a couple of generations forgot how bad things had been under the oligarchs and expelled the tyrants.
It depends, but the last type they have and the type they have to day is a democracy, in the past it was ruled by a king and then nobles or aristocrats. They called it aristocracy, the nobles or aristocrats were wealthy male land owners that decided to overthrow the king, then they were overthrown by a tyrant, then the tyrant was overthrown by the people, witch then became a direct democracy.
The rule of tyrants was characterized by the concentration of power in the hands of one person, who often seized power forcefully and ruled with absolute authority, without any regard for the rights and welfare of the people. In contrast, the rule of aristocrats was based on hereditary privilege, where power was controlled by a small group of wealthy and influential individuals whose authority was often based on their lineage or social status. The aristocrats typically had some level of accountability and responsibility towards their subjects, whereas tyrants ruled with complete autonomy.
Tyrannical Rule places absolute governmental power in the hands of one person. The person who has the power is called a tyrant or dictator. Adolp Hitler and Benito Mussolini are examples tyrannical dictators from the 20th century.
Its a Tyrant.
Sparta had a limited democracy which suited their needs. Athens had a dominant aristocracy which they overthrew and established a dictator (tyrant) to keep the aristocrats under control. When the Athenians tired of the tyrant, they replaced him with a limited democracy, the aristocrats took power again to resist the Persian invasion, and the people then replaced them with a democracy again led by Ephialtes, whom the aristocrats assassinated. His deputy Pericles took over and experimented with a radical democracy. This resulted in their leader leading them astray, and their defeat in the Peloponnesian War. They reverted to a limited democracy similar to the Spartan one.
A king inherits power, but a tyrant seizes it.
